We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Compass Canada. As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general custodial tasks, including dusting, mopping, cleaning washroom fixtures, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Restock single unit dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue, and sanitary napkins.
  • Complete periodic equipment checks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Observe and practice all health and safety procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience is an asset.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player, willing to assist as needed.
  • Must be able to use cleaning equipment, such as I-mops and vacuums.
  • Physically able to carry out duties of the position.
