Camp Riverwood Associate Camp Director

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily camp operations, including activities and lesson planning
  • Coordinate programs and ensure camper safety
  • Manage staff, including the summer leadership team
  • Communicate with parents and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and in a camp setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Availability:

We are seeking a flexible and organized individual who can commit to the following schedule:

  • September to April: Flexible hours (Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm)
  • May and June: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • July and August: Full-time commitment, Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Must be available for Camp Staff Training weekend at the end of June.

Compensation:

This salaried position calculates to approximately $20/hr - $25/hr + depending on availability and experience.
