Job Title: Signaling Project Engineering Director

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Signaling Engineering Team. As a Signaling Project Engineering Director, you'll be responsible for managing and organizing the team to deliver high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize the Signaling Engineering Team to ensure effective project delivery
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to improve project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Signaling Engineering, with a strong background in project management
  • 5+ years of experience in team management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of Signaling Systems and Engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams
