About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at ICB - I CARE BEST INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to senior management and staff
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies
  • Communication
    • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and other correspondence
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
