Job Summary

TalentTank Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Millwright to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve issues with industrial machinery, including bucket elevators, screw conveyors, pumps, fans, and large rotating equipment.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance activities such as cleaning, lubrication, and calibration to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document completed work and detailed notes in our CMMS database on a daily basis.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to company health and safety policies and comply with legal regulations during fieldwork.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless equipment operation.
Requirements
  • Industrial Experience: Proven experience in a heavy industrial environment, particularly in cement or mining surface plants.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in operating heavy industrial machinery, with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, compressors, and basic control systems, PLCs, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.
  • Education and Certifications: Preference for candidates with a 433A license, Certificate of Qualification, and Certificate of Apprenticeship.
  • Physical Demands: Capable of safely lifting up to 50lbs regularly and adhering to PPE requirements.
