About the Role

Gurjit Singh Gill is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments and errands, using public transportation or other approved methods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
Work Environment

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your discretion and judgment to make decisions about client care.
