Hotel Operations Director

The Royal Hotel Chilliwack is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and success of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, ensuring that our high standards are met and exceeded.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Financial Management: Manage the hotel's budget, revenue, and expenses, ensuring that we meet our financial targets.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience, with high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Team Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5 years or more in a hotel management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
