  • Assess client needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household management.
  • Monitor and maintain client safety, including fall prevention and emergency response.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Document client progress and care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CCA Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with seniors or vulnerable adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform daily tasks.

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics. Individuals in this role are required to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day.
