Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate clear communication between clients, advisors, and team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Evaluate client accounts to identify opportunities for business growth for investment advisors.
  • Execute operational tasks related to investment accounts with precision.
  • Manage client files, ensuring they are current and accurate.
  • Organize advisors' schedules, coordinate appointments, and prepare for client meetings.
  • Adhere to compliance standards and risk management protocols.

Qualifications:
