Role Overview
The Energy Innovation Consultant role within the Affordable Multifamily Housing Team focuses on providing both technical and administrative support. You will engage primarily with program applicants, guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities
- Review project documentation and perform data entry
- Conduct technical assessments of energy models
- Assist clients in identifying optimal energy-saving strategies
- Coordinate energy audits and produce reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- Perform site visits and quality assurance checks
- Support pilot initiatives and collaborate with team members

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A solid understanding of building science principles, particularly in multi-unit residential settings
- Familiarity with the National Building Code (NBC) and National Energy Code for Buildings (NECB)
- Experience in project agreement development and administration
- Skills in measurement and verification of energy-saving measures
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with energy modeling software (H2K, eQuest, HAP, and/or IES VE) is advantageous
