Dishwasher Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Fiamo Italian Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize all dishroom equipment, including dishwashers, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Place clean dishes in storage areas, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, as needed.
- Scour pots and pans to remove any food residue.

- Permanent full-time position.
