Position Overview:

As a Construction Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in our goal to enhance homes and leave lasting impressions on our valued clients. Collaborating with our skilled team of professionals, you will assist in and acquire knowledge in the execution of exterior improvement projects, which may include but are not limited to: siding and exterior cladding installations, exterior door and window replacements, aluminum work, as well as minor deck, fence, and small structure construction.

Requirements:

  • Completion of High School, achieving an OSSD.
  • Prior experience in siding, soffit, fascia, and eavestrough installation or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Working at Heights Certification would be advantageous and will otherwise be provided to the suitable candidate.
  • Must be comfortable working at typical residential heights.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability, consistently punctual and dedicated to meeting project deadlines.
  • Physical fitness and capability to lift heavy materials, as the role involves manual labor.
  • Confidence in operating power tools such as table saws, circular saws, hand grinders, power drills, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
