**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead project planning sessions to establish project objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage all phases of the construction process, including coordination with architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Perform cost estimations and manage the project budget.
- Review and approve shop drawings and construction documents to ensure compliance with specifications and local regulations.
- Facilitate communication across various teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor project progress and adherence to standards.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the residential construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Pay is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
