**Job Title:** Materials Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Materials Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Fort St. John, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on material status and open purchase orders.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize freight consolidation and distribution to remote locations.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to internal stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for safety and quality.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in upstream Canadian exploration and production operations.
  • Proven experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply knowledge and experience to complex problems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management) an asset.
