**Job Title:** Materials Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Roska DBO Inc. in Fort St. John, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize logistics and transportation processes.
  • Provide regular updates on material status and open purchase orders to internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with local suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery terms.
  • Support the procurement team in expediting material orders and resolving delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless material staging and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with ERP software, preferably SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize logistics and inventory management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
