Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Tin Trinh. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, ensuring our clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction, helping to combat loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Support clients with medication management, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
