Photo Lab Supervisor

As a Photo Lab Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our photo lab and counter. You will be responsible for assisting the Department Manager in overseeing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, merchandising, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Department Manager in directing and motivating a team of photo technicians to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines within the lab and photo counter areas.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management practices.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on a wide range of photography products and services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings in the photography market.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a passion for photography and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess:
