'''Duties'''
- Attend Sites both resiidental and commercial to provide site inspections and air monitoring services prior to abatements ( Asbestos, Lead, Silica, Mould, ect), during, final inspections and air clearances.
- Conduct site inspections and be able to provide site specific feedback to workers.
- Wear appopriate PPE to each site and into containments.
- Keep accurate site documents and photographs of each site daily.
- Be punctual to each site and organize your day appropreatly.
- Set up air monitoring pumps and occupational on workers, then collect samples, fill out COC then drop off at lab for analysis.
- Each day review sample analysis and post on sites and let crew chief and supervisor know if there are issues. Identify them and assist in rectefying them.
- Conduct Visual Inspections, then Air Clearances.
- Using Word and Excell is a must.
- Write up a final report using a template in word, insert photos.

''Qualifications'''
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and review lab analysis.
- Proficiency in Word and Excell.
- Knowledge in Microsoft, Word documents as you have to complete reports.
- Use of an Iphone or Samsung to take photos, use of Sharepoint/Onedrive
- Asbestos abatement knowledge, Air monitoring and basic construction knowedge.
- You Supply your own vehicle and get paid for your milage.
- Steel Toed boots, basic saftey gear.
- Able to start early, 7 am and work till at late as 7 pm and the ability to go out on Emergency Calls.
- Strong communication and time management skills are required.

Our office is on the west end, we typically are on sites all day and do our paperwork on the road or end of the day. Our sites are all over Edmonton and area, and sometimes require out of town work for typically up to a week. This position is a JR Tech position with a rapidly growing company that has integredy, as you grow with the company your position will evolve.

**Salary**: From $38,000.00 per year
