Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Smash Cafe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and management of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on customer service.
Work Environment:

Our cafe is a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and meet tight deadlines.
