About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our dynamic Global Procurement team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing sourcing plans and driving procurement projects within your assigned cluster.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of procurement processes and complex competitive bidding.
  • Lead and manage effective negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Provide procedural advice and support to internal customers, ensuring high-quality, effective, and compliant business practices.
  • Identify opportunities for procedural improvements and implement changes within established policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance procurement processes and efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and conduct reporting on income and expenditure, profitability, and risk.
  • Apply good judgment in a commercial context and develop good working relationships with colleagues and external suppliers.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in procurement, preferably in a similar role at a similar level.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing effective negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and complex competitive bidding.
  • Good business understanding across industry.
  • Ability to understand and use a variety of pricing models and tools.
  • Understanding of legal and operational risks.
  • Undergraduate degree holder or relevant experience in procurement.
  • Qualified member of a professions body, e.g. CIPS or other relevant body.
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English at level B2.
