Key Responsibilities- Deliver timely and accurate support to merchant partners, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
- Diagnose and resolve partner issues with a solution-oriented approach, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
- Communicate with partners through phone and email, fostering strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Bilingual in English and French.
- At least a year of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make informed decisions quickly.
- Computer savvy and able to learn internal software.
- Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON.
Tuesday - Friday 11am-7pm, and Saturday 9-5.
