About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt and effective communication in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints, often within a tight time frame, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strive for first call resolution to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Process account modifications and requests related to payments, credits, and other customer inquiries.
  • Provide feedback to other departments to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer customer questions.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Empathy, compassion, and integrity are essential for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong keyboarding skills and the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Ability to work full-time in our office in Pickering, ON.
Operational Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
