Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at M.T. BELLIES TAP & GRILLHOUSE. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
