Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at MAPLE STORE INC. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers leave the store satisfied.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockroom is organized and clean.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise and ensure that all returns are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team to help them improve their sales performance.
- Store Operations: Assist with the maintenance of the store's appearance, including cleaning and organization of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment
- Work Setting: Retail service establishment, retail business, on-site customer service
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player
