Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Team Lead to join our team at Rekona Auto Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volumes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
