Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

NS Nettoyage et services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and bending.
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment:

Our facilities are located in a busy urban area, and the work environment can be noisy, dusty, and physically demanding. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety standards.

Language:

The primary language of work is French, and proficiency in English is an asset.Hours of Work:

30-45 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
