NS Nettoyage et services Inc. is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the cleaning operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that our sites are safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of cleaning staff. The work site environment is noisy, with odours and dust present.
