- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
