About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a Community Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home assessments and equipment prescriptions to support individuals in their daily lives
  • Develop and implement return-to-work support services to help individuals regain their independence
  • Provide head injury treatment and management, including case management and accurate record keeping
  • Manage an independent caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of community-based rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel to various locations
