What is the Opportunity?

The Climate Strategy team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of sectoral climate strategies that align with RBC's overall climate ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sectoral climate strategies that support RBC's overall climate ambition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment and delivery of climate strategies
  • Provide thought leadership on climate-related issues and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in climate strategy development and implementation
  • Strong understanding of climate-related risks and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
