Key Responsibilities

Depending on the specific site assignment, document and report all incidents brought to attention by medical staff, doctors, patients, or visitors.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility's interior and exterior to prevent unauthorized access; calmly direct individuals causing disturbances to exit the premises.
While patrolling, identify potential risks such as unsecured doors, obstructed entry and exit points, mechanical failures, hazardous materials, and other security breaches.
Utilize two-way radios professionally.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency assistance requests.
Monitor various situations, surveillance cameras, property, and events.
Communicate honestly and receptively in all circumstances, providing information about the facility as requested by staff.
Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and visitors through courteous and respectful interactions.
Screen and monitor visitors and clients professionally to grant access to the facility.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma

Certification Requirements

Code of Conduct/Vulnerable Sector Check
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
