- Excel in paperwork wizardry, flawlessly completing and issuing insurance applications and certificates, and ensuring seamless setup for our internal or external keying teams.
- Nurture dynamic, professional relationships with key underwriters, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints with your professional charm and deep product knowledge.
- Mastery the use of Applied Rating Services or Company Portals to provide our potential clients with the quotes they need.
- Represent us at industry functions, showcasing your expertise and representing our brand with pride.
- Stay curious and always be learning, keeping your finger on the pulse of industry changes, underwriting rules, and workflow processes.
- Participate in our training initiatives, driving growth and advancement within the company.
- Possess a RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) in good standing, with other provincial licenses a plus.
- Bring at least 2 years of industry or personal lines experience to the table.
- Have extensive experience with Major Domestic Personal Lines Markets like Aviva, Intact, Economical, and others.
- Be a sales whiz with a knack for quotes, driven by delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Exhibit professional presentation and a deep understanding of the personal insurance business in a sales-driven environment.
- Thriving in a high-volume environment is a must.
- Be proficient in broker management systems like EPIC & ARS.
- Quickly learn the HUB business model and value proposition.
- Be a team player, comfortable collaborating with others in person and virtually.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- A professional insurance designation like CAIB, CIP, CRM, or similar is a plus.
