Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team member performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our team members and customers.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure.
