Mine Maintenance Manager

Hudbay Minerals is in search of a Mine Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at their mining site. This position entails supervising maintenance processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and directing the maintenance workforce. The successful applicant will possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering, significant experience within the mining sector, and exceptional leadership skills.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensuring adherence to mining safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Supervising maintenance operations and enhancing equipment reliability
  • Leading the maintenance team and overseeing budget management
  • Formulating and managing the annual maintenance budget
  • Coordinating maintenance activities with various departments

Compensation
