Requirements:
  • 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably in a unionized environment.
  • Undergraduate degree in human resources or a related field, combined with a post-graduate certificate in human resources management.
  • Chartered Professional Human Resources designation with current membership in good standing or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
