We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Avionics Engineer to join our team at Avialta Helicopter Maintenance Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, installing, and maintaining avionics systems on aircraft. This includes ensuring that all work meets Transport Canada and company standards of performance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect electrical and avionics systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Install and test aircraft instruments and avionics systems
  • Repair and overhaul avionics systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot communications, navigation, and autoflight equipment
  • Test electrical, electronic, and instrument components
  • Ensure all work meets Transport Canada and company standards
Requirements:
  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Licence (AME) - E
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and hand-eye co-ordination
