Role Overview

As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing pre-hospital healthcare system performance through data and analytics. You will lead the development of our organization's data architecture and guide strategic initiatives to empower business leaders with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive data architectures, models, and governance frameworks to enable descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
  • Implement cutting-edge data platforms for ingestion, processing, and analytics while upholding stringent data privacy and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to modernize existing data architectures, addressing technical capabilities and aligning with business priorities.
  • Design high-quality data solutions utilizing both internal and external sources, ensuring data transformation adheres to established governance policies.
  • Establish and maintain robust data pipelines that support the enterprise analytics platform. Continuously monitor performance and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Architect with expertise in enterprise data architecture design and implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading data migration projects and implementing best practices for data governance.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL, SSAS, SSIS, and other data integration tools.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Data & Analytics Services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to conceptualize complex ideas.
