About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our Transportation Operations team at Jetswing Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our transportation division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of our transportation operations.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our transportation operations.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage a budget of $4,000,001 - $8,000,000, ensuring that our transportation operations are financially sustainable and aligned with our company's overall goals.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the coordination of transportation operations, including the allocation of resources, management of logistics, and implementation of quality control measures.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Represent Jetswing Logistics Ltd. in negotiations and other official functions, ensuring that our company's interests are represented and protected.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or transportation management.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
