Daily Duties

  • Safely execute tire removal, installation, and repair services for commercial tires, which includes dismounting tires, inflating, and reinstalling wheel assemblies following established procedures.
  • Perform diagnostics, assess damage reparability, and apply appropriate repair methods.
  • Exhibit a strong willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Opportunity to transition to Service Truck responsibilities.

Qualifications for Success

  • Possess strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Capable of thriving in a physically demanding environment and lifting up to 50 lbs with ease.
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset, adhering to all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety protocols.
  • Previous automotive or tire experience is advantageous.
