Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Guy's Tire Sales Inc. This position involves a variety of responsibilities related to the maintenance and repair of vehicles.

QualificationsEducation
  • Completion of other trades certificate or diploma
  • Equivalent experience is also acceptable
Experience
  • 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical units to identify faults and malfunctions.
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems.
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components as necessary.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
  • Estimate costs for parts and labor to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services efficiently.
  • Provide advice to customers regarding work performed and future repair needs.
  • Complete detailed reports documenting problems and work performed.
  • Coach and mentor apprentices in automotive repair techniques.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
