Position Overview

As a Cleaning Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of various facilities. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 30 hours per week. Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and be open to training opportunities.

Work Environment

Your primary work settings will include:

  • Office buildings
  • Cleaning service companies
Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate their training
  • Oversee and manage the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Advise on additional services needed, such as painting or repairs
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as necessary
  • Develop and manage work schedules
Supervisory Duties

You will supervise a team of 3-4 light duty cleaners.

Physical Requirements

The role involves a combination of:

  • Sitting, standing, and walking
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling
