Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated System Testing/QA Analyst to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems testing and quality assurance, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive systems testing to validate software functionality.
  • Utilize established testing methodologies to execute system and user acceptance tests.
  • Analyze business requirements and system response documents to create effective test plans.
  • Document and verify results, identifying any discrepancies in system performance.
  • Develop well-structured test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage.
Agile Methodology Expertise:

  • Participate in sprint development cycles, contributing to detailed testing plans.
  • Apply troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Analyze business requirements and establish test data requirements.
Communication Proficiency:

  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Foster interpersonal relationships and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
  • Engage in consulting activities to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Work as a team player, consistently meeting project deadlines.
Automated Testing Skills:

  • Experience with automated testing scripts and tools, such as Selenium, is essential.
Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of system testing methodologies.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze test data requirements within an Agile framework.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices.
