About the Role

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is a leading provider of automation solutions to various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in a designated region, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Delegate engineered requests within the team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Manage customer portal, retrieving and distributing new purchase orders, updating status and dates.
  • Create quotes for parts, services, and non-engineered products, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure proper execution of orders from quotation to final shipment, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers in a timely manner, addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Act as a coordinator between service providers and customers, facilitating smooth communication and resolution.
  • Maintain correspondence with customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Assist in managing product returns, ensuring efficient and customer-centric resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or College Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Three to Five (3-5) years' experience in a customer service or sales role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple objectives.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Team player with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Windows, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
