About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Liaison: Manage day-to-day client relationships at a retail level, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide coaching to sales representatives, conduct pre-scheduled training sessions, and provide sales assists at locations weekly.
  • Market Analysis: Gather market analysis and report on market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Training and Launch Meetings: Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups can demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Marketing Support: Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to regional field managers and clients, and support go-to-market planning and promotional activities in the field.
  • Strategic Input: Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand and support trade show events as needed.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Education: Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset.
  • Experience: Sales experience in home appliances is an asset, as is demonstrated experience in working within the home appliance sector.
  • Training Experience: Previous formal training experience (instructor or trainer) is an asset.
  • Sales Experience: Previous durable good or high-value retail sales experience, outbound sales representative experience, and experience as a field sales representative are all assets.
  • Travel: Available to travel within the market (must love being on the road).
