About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative pastry and dessert menus that meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and creativity.
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs and assistants in the preparation and presentation of desserts, pastries, and other sweet treats.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and special events.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and materials to maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry and dessert arts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant or bakery.
  • Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastry and dessert menus.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
