Key Responsibilities

As a Change Management Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead logistics coordination on business aircraft fleet-wide issues within the Technical Services organization and with other impacted stakeholders
  • Negotiate logistics plans and support commercial discussions with suppliers to ensure flawless execution and deliverables are met on time
  • Ensure suppliers are tracking to action plans and follow up on progress, reporting any roadblocks for escalation to management
  • Document negotiation outcomes and build information packages to communicate implementation strategies to impacted stakeholders
  • Participate in internal meetings to stay informed about projects and new option offerings that require collaboration with suppliers
  • Engage suppliers to resolve customer issues, seeking creative solutions to problems
  • Seek cross-functional support and swift resolution to in-service customer fielding issues
  • Ensure supplier readiness for suppliers attending customer advisories as required
  • Represent the ISSM in internal and external meetings with suppliers and all disciplines within Customer Support
Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or project management
  • 5-7 years of industry experience, preferably in a supply chain role
  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • System knowledge of SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERD, and Team Center
  • Basic understanding/knowledge of technical drawings
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in English, spoken and written, and fluency in French
  • Ability to analyze conflicts, remaining objective during discussions
  • Strong organizational skills and autonomy
  • Detailed-oriented individual who enjoys taking initiative and ownership
  • Availability to be on call after regular working hours on an 'as required' basis or travel 'as required'
