Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Set tables and bring clean dishes and utensils to serving areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after use.
  • Load and organize buspans and trays efficiently.
  • Operate dishwashers to ensure cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Replenish condiments and supplies at serving areas.
  • Prepare and package take-out food as needed.
  • Take customer orders and serve them at counters or buffet tables.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean and organized, including work surfaces and storage areas.
  • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Ensure food quality and service standards are met consistently.
