FLINT Corp., una organización en rápida expansión, está en búsqueda de Gerentes de Proyecto Senior con una sólida experiencia en el sector de la construcción para desempeñar un papel crucial en la obtención de licitaciones para una variedad de proyectos adjudicados y futuros. Como candidato exitoso, poseerás una aguda atención a la seguridad, calidad, cronograma y costos, asegurando que estos aspectos críticos se gestionen adecuadamente a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto. Tu función implicará definir objetivos claros para cada proyecto y colaborar estrechamente con los Gerentes de Turnaround y/o Construcción para lograr resultados exitosos. ¿Qué estarías haciendo?

Gestionar contratos, subcontratistas y recursos para implementar el trabajo de manera efectiva. Gestionar proactivamente las expectativas del cliente y comunicarte profesionalmente con los socios. Proporcionar dirección a los equipos de campo y asegurar la alineación contractual. Planificar y analizar datos de mano de obra y financieros para mejorar el rendimiento del proyecto. Asegurar que las actividades de campo cumplan con los requisitos de seguridad, calidad, cronograma y costos. Inspirar una cultura alineada con los valores fundamentales de FLINT.

¿Te identificas con esto?

Una fuerte mentalidad de seguridad. Comprensión general de las políticas de Recursos Humanos. Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos de construcción o industriales. Experiencia en proyectos de SAGD, arenas bituminosas, compresión de petróleo y gas, operaciones de medio camino, cogeneración, petroquímica, potasa o productos forestales. Combinación de educación y experiencia en negocios o gestión de proyectos. Dominio de sistemas de software para estimación y gestión de proyectos. Habilidad técnica en cualquiera de los siguientes sería ideal y transferible: sector mecánico/tuberías, incluyendo implementación de paradas/turnarounds. Certificación de oficio o título de educación postsecundaria relacionado es un plus.
