About the Role:
Laprairie is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing our fleet of equipment and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment documents, including setup and disposal.
- Ensure all data systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- Process annual equipment and vehicle registrations, and prorate renewals as needed.
- Assist in the annual corporate asset insurance renewal process.
- Provide timely and professional support to operations and maintenance teams.
- Prepare fleet-related reports for internal review.
- Manage fuel cards and analyze monthly fuel usage.
- Oversee Fleet Complete GPS accounts.
- Review and file quarterly IFTA reports.
- Maintain and complete AMVIC and CVIP renewals.
- Prepare and maintain intercompany equipment rental agreements.
- Coordinate monthly rental purchase orders.
- Assist accounting with equipment revenue and cost analysis.
- Oversee annual asset, equipment, and vehicle counts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fleet administration.
- Experience working with asset and/or fleet management programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Experience with equipment and asset management.
