Position Overview:

DM Elite Talent is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director with a robust background in the manufacturing sector to oversee HR operations. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of HR expertise, demonstrating a solid history of managing HR functions within a manufacturing context. Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Formulate and execute HR strategies that align with the overarching business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and support on HR issues to executive leadership and departmental heads.
  • Guide and develop the HR team, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Design and implement workforce planning strategies to address current and future staffing requirements.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes, including goal setting and career development planning.

Employee Relations:
